Food

Dining, Restaurants

PJ City's relatively affluent population enjoys a hearty appetite for all things culinary and delicious. From hawker stalls to fine dining, there is all manner of foods from around the country to world to be eaten at cafes, restaurants, hotels and malls. Local food is represented mostly by an eclectic mix of Malay, Chinese and Indian dishes that blend styles and ingredients across each other to become 'Malaysianised', rather that sticking absolutely true to origin. In terms of international cuisine - Continental, Japanese, Korean, Thai and fast food chains are favourites among city folk, but there're always exotic restaurants or new dishes popping out to interest an adventurous demographic.
